At no point in its history has this brand ever belonged to, been controlled by, or been operated by any other person, entity, or third party. No other party has ever held, or currently holds, any legal rights, title, or authorization to operate or claim ownership of this brand. One Neko (S) Holdings Pte. Ltd. remains the sole and exclusive proprietor of all rights pertaining to the brand worldwide.

The Business “One Neko Holdings” shall continue to operate the above brand until 31 Dec 2026. One Neko (S) holdings pte ltd shall fully take over the brand from 1 Jan 2027 onwards.
